    • Newborn Home Consultations: Help setting up your space, answering questions, providing trusted referrals, & offering tailored education

    • Hands-On Newborn Care Support: Guidance with feeding, bathing, swaddling, soothing & bonding with your baby

    • Feeding Assistance: Support for breastfeeding, pumping or bottle-feeding including troubleshooting common challenges

    • Infant Sleep Education: Gentle support to understand routines & cues (not “sleep training”).

    • Developmental Milestones Guidance: Education on what to expect, how to monitor growth & when to contact your pediatrician

  • Swaddle Package: Provides Foundational Concierge Support: Best guidance in the first days at home:

    • 5 Hours of in-home support (over 2-3 visits.

    • 1 week of text support for quick questions

    Bloom Package: Provides Extended Concierge Support through the first month:

    • 15 Hours of in-home support (over 2-4 weeks)

    • 4 weeks of text/tele-support for reassurance

    • Parent Support (FaceTime) – Virtual sessions to address your specific concerns and provide expert guidance that doesn’t require an in home visit.

    • Sleep & Feeding Plan Support (Phone Calls) – Questions about your baby’s routines to help you feel confident in daily care

    • Ongoing Text Message Support – Continued care & reassurance as you settle into your new rhythm, with answers just a text away

  • Monthly Fee: $150

    Includes ongoing text support and scheduled phone or FaceTime calls (up to 60 min per month)

    Additional phone support billed in 15 min increments: $25
